the nigella sativa oil gelatin capsule felt stuck in my throat. argh. yes, i do have problems when it comes to swallow pills and tablets. 

nigella sativa oil capsule, the first food supplement i'd ever take since numbers of vitamins supplement i took during my childhood.  goat milk pills, round orange coloured sweet vitamin c's tablets, not to mention all of them. one of my housemate comes from a muslim chinese family which still strict with their health care as we know they are since during ancient time. 

so, she's really good when it comes to whats good or not good to eat, briefing about ginseng, herbs, green tea and stuffs like that. i never drink green tea before. like seriously NEVER. while i'm learning how to stay healthy, she eagerly keep asking me how to put on more weight. hahaha. she may look petite but take not that she's a big eater. beware. i think thats why we are meant for each other. thanks Allah. alhamdulillah.

FYI, nigella sativa oil or famously known as habbatus sauda' (in arabic) had been mention in a few hadith.

Be story by Aisyah R.A, she hear Rasulullah S.A.W said:

 “Truthfully Al-Habbatus Sauda’ can cure all diseases except Al-Sam”. I asked. “What is Al-Sam? he answer, “Al-Sam is death”

History by Imam Bukhari.

 

From Buraidah, Rasulullah S.A.W said:

 “At Habbatus Sauda’ a remedy for all diseases except death”.

 History by Abu Nu’aim in Book of Al-Tibb in assembly hadith sahih no. 1819.

 

From Abu Hurairah, he heard Rasulullah saw said:

 “At Habbatus Sauda’ there is a cure for all diseases except Al-Sam namely death”.
